RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Bidvest advises shareholders that
Mr. Myles Ruck will resign as an independent non-executive director from the board of directors and member
of the Risk and Acquisition Committees. This resignation will be effective from 30 June 2021.
The board thanks Myles for his invaluable contribution and wishes him well.
