CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
Hester Hickey has resigned from the Board of Directors of Cashbuild (the “Board”) effective 31 May
2021 to pursue other opportunities. Hester also resigns as Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee
as well as member of the Social and Ethics and Investment Committees.
The Board would like to extend its gratitude to Ms Hickey for her service and guidance during her tenure
as a director of the Company.
The Board is in the process of considering its composition and will advise shareholders in due course.
