APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Mr Neill O’Brien has stepped down from his position as the representative company
secretary for EOH Secretarial Services Proprietary Limited with effect from 31 May 2021 and has been replaced
by Ms Thiroshnee Naidoo with effect from 1 June 2021.
Ms Naidoo is an admitted attorney and has an MBA from GIBS (2020). Ms Naidoo has served in Executive
Leadership roles for the last two decades in private, listed and global and multinational companies, including
Tiger Brands, Philips, Unilever and Pioneer Foods and is the former Group company secretary of Tiger Brands.
The Board wishes to thank Mr O’Brien for his hard work and dedication and would like to welcome Ms Naidoo
to the EOH team.
