announces that the following board committee changes have been made, in order to enhance the skills set for the
respective committees.
FirstRand information technology, risk and governance committee
- The appointment of Dr SP Sibisi as a member of the committee, with effect from
7 June 2021.
FirstRand risk, capital management and compliance committee
- The appointment of Dr SP Sibisi as a member of the committee, with effect from
7 June 2021.
FirstRand social, ethics and transformation committee
- The appointment of Mr JP Burger and Dr SP Sibisi as members of the committee, with effect from
7 June 2021.
