PASSING OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
It is with deep regret and sadness that the Board of Directors of TeleMasters wishes to advise
shareholders of the untimely passing of Mr Marthinus Erasmus, an independent non-executive
director, Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee and an integral member of the TeleMasters
family.
The directors wish to extend their heartfelt condolences to Marthinus’ family as well as his wide-
ranging and extensive circle of colleagues and friends, inside and outside the TeleMasters
group. Marthinus leaves an indelible mark on our lives and he will be sorely missed.
