LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWWAVE SILVER NOTES
Following subscription in respect of 400,000 Silver Notes, an additional 400,000 Silver Notes have
been issued and listed on the JSE from commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R3.60 per additional Silver Note.
After the additional issue, there will be 111,354,452 Silver Notes in issue.
