APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraphs 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and further
to the Company’s SENS announcement published on 25 March 2021, the board of directors
of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Rilapax (Pty) Ltd (trading as William
Radcliffe) (“William Radcliffe”) has been appointed as company secretary of the Company
with effect from 25 June 2021.
The Board is satisfied that William Radcliffe possess the necessary competence,
qualifications, and experience to fulfil the role.
The Board welcomes William Radcliffe and looks forward to its contribution to the Company.
