BALLOT RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE AMENDMENT OF THE AMI REAL ESTATE EX-SA ETF INTO
PARTICIPATORY UNITS IN THE CLOUD ATLAS S&P AFRICAN SOVEREIGN BOND ETF
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 15 April 2021 regarding the ballot voting
procedure in respect of the amendment of the AMI Real Estate EX-SA ETF into participatory units in
the Cloud Atlas S&P African Sovereign Bond ETF.
The ballot closed on 26 May 2021, 50.84% of the unit holders responded to the call for a ballot and
of the voters 100.00% voted in favour of the amendments and 0.00% voted against the
amendments.
Due to the publication of ballot results today in line with agreed upon procedures, the salient dates
as initially announced on 15 April 2021 will change and new dates will be announced as soon as they
are finalised.
