In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended, we hereby advise
shareholders that the Company was informed on 8 June 2021, that Coronation Assest Management
Proprietary Limited disposed of Exxaro shares and their holding in the Company therefore now equates to
9.98 per cent of the total issued ordinary shares in the Company.
