RESIGNATION OF GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised, in terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, that Kelebogile (Lebo) Ntlha has resigned as Group Financial Director of Famous
Brands, effective 30 November 2021 to pursue other endeavours.
The board of directors (“the Board”) would like to thank Lebo for her dedication, hard work
and commitment over the past few years and wish her well in the future.
The Board has commenced with a process to find an appropriate successor and
shareholders will be kept informed in this regard.
