APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
that Nick Criticos has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 14 June 2021. Nick
is regarded as not being independent by virtue of him serving on the board of Liberty Holdings Limited,
the majority shareholder of L2D.
Nick is an actuary with more than 25 years’ experience in insurance and international asset
management and real estate. His executive roles include BMO Real Estate Partners in London where
he was CEO for almost eleven years and prior to that, Nick was Head of Retail and Investment Trusts
at F&C Asset Management plc. The Board looks forward to the expertise and experience he will
contribute.
