Shareholders are advised that it is with deep regret that Sun International’s non- executive chairman, Dr Jabu
Mabuza, passed away from Covid-19 on Wednesday, 16 June 2021.
Jabu who was appointed as Sun International’s chairman in May 2019, also chaired the Company’s nomination
committee and was a member of its remuneration and investment committees.
The board takes this opportunity of expressing its deepest condolences to the Mabuza family on the untimely passing
of Jabu who left an indelible mark on all who came into contact with him and he will be sorely missed.
