Shareholders are referred to previous announcements regarding the disposal by enX Leasing Investments, a wholly-
owned subsidiary of the Company, of Impact Fork Trucks Limited to Aprolis Holdings SAS (the “disposal”), the latest
of which was released on SENS on 1 June 2021.
enX is pleased to announce that the last of the conditions precedent to the disposal has been fulfilled, and as such the
disposal has now completed.
