CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Thabang Elvis Magare has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of Sasfin and Sasfin Bank Limited with effect from
21 June 2021 due to the increased demands of his external business commitments.
Mr Magare, inter alia, served as a member of the Group Audit and Compliance
Committee and Information Technology Committee.
The Board would like to thank Mr Magare for his contribution to the Company and
Sasfin Bank Limited and wishes him well for the future.
