The Board confirms that Luigi Giuricich and Solly Mahomed will not stand for re-election as Non-Executive
Directors of the Fund and will be retiring at the Fund’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take
place on Monday, 02 August 2021.
The Board is grateful to Luigi and Solly for their services, effort and dedication that they have given to the
Fund over their tenure of eight years. We offer our sincere thanks to Luigi and Solly and wish them well in
their future endeavours.
