Changes to the board of directors of Tiger Brands
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Board of Directors of the Company would like
to inform shareholders that Mr Ian Burton has resigned from
the Board with effect from the close of business on Thursday,
24 June 2021. Consequently, he will step down as a member of
the audit committee and chairman of the investment committee.
In his short period on the Board, Ian has brought significant
insight from his extensive and varied FMCG experience into
Board deliberations. He has entered into an agreement to
provide consulting services to the Company, which will allow
the Company to access his expertise in certain key areas more
extensively over the next twelve months.
