DEBT RESTRUCTURE NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on 29 April and 10 June 2021
relating to commencement of negotiations with the South African lending group to implement a debt
restructure.
Shareholders are hereby advised that while the negotiations are well advanced, they are not yet
finalised. As a result, Tongaat Hulett will be unable to publish its financial results by 30 June 2021
as required by the JSE Listing Requirements. It is anticipated that the annual financial results will be
released on or about 13 July 2021.
A further business update will be released during the course of next week.
