REDEMPTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBCN02 LISTED NOTE
Declaration of Redemption amount
Notice is hereby given that final redemption amount, which was
scheduled for payment on Saturday 03 July 2021 (which is not a
Business Day), is to be made on Monday 05 July 2021 (which is the
next following Business Day), 400 000.00 cents per share with a total
aggregate amount of ZAR20,000,000.00 for all the issued notes.
The relevant dates relating to the payment of interest payment
number 2 are as follows:
