CANCELLATION OF ORDINARY SHARES
Shareholders are hereby informed that the JSE Limited (“JSE”) has approved the cancellation
and delisting by KAP of 36 000 000 ordinary shares of no par value with effect from the
commencement of business today, representing 1.4% of the Company’s current number of
issued ordinary shares of no par value. These shares were previously held by KAP Corporate
Services Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KAP, and were defined as treasury
shares.
Following the cancellation of these treasury shares, the Company will have 2 531 201 473
ordinary shares of no par value listed on the JSE and will no longer hold any shares in treasury.
