CHANGES TO CSG HOLDINGS BOARD COMMITTEES
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders of the following
changes to its committees, with effect from 1 July 2021:
Social and ethics committee
- Mr Jacobus Gerrit Nieuwoudt (“Mr Nieuwoudt”) has stepped down as a member of the
social and ethics committee.
- Ms Sukanya Kyriazis-Pillay (“Ms Kyriazis-Pillay”) has been appointed as a member of
the social and ethics committee.
Following the above changes, the social and ethics committee comprises of
Ms Renganayagee Kisten (“Ms Kisten”) (chairperson), Ms Nona Ndiliseka Sonjani
(“Ms Sonjani”) and Ms Kyriazis-Pillay.
Risk committee
- Mr Nieuwoudt has been appointed as a member of the risk committee.
Following the above change, the risk committee comprises of Ms Mathukana Mokoka
(chairperson), Ms Kisten, Ms Sonjani, Mr William Edward Scott and Mr Nieuwoudt.
The Board looks forward to Ms Kyriazis-Pillay and Mr Nieuwoudt’s contributions to the
respective committees.
