NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND BROAD-BASED
BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that Castleview’s integrated report, incorporating the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2021, has been published and is available on the company’s website,
https://castleview.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Annual-Report-February-2021.pdf and contains no
changes from the provisional summarised reviewed consolidated financial statements for the twelve months
ended 28 February 2021 which were released on SENS on Wednesday, 26 May 2021.
The annual financial statements have been audited by the Company’s auditors, Nolands Inc., who expressed
an unqualified audit opinion thereon. The auditor’s opinion identifies valuation of investment property as a
key audit matter. The auditors’ opinion is available on the Company’s website, https://castleview.co.za/wp-
content/uploads/2021/06/Annual-Report-February-2021.pdf.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting for Castleview shareholders, which will be
held at The I Group, 411 The Hills, Buchanan Square, Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock, Cape Town on Friday,
30 July 2021 at 12:00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Tuesday, 20 July 2021 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 23 July 2021.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 for the year ended 28 February 2021 is
currently being verified and a further announcement in respect of the publication thereof will be released in
due course.
