CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, ARB wishes to advise shareholders that Billy
Neasham will be retiring as CEO within the next six-month period,
and Blayne Burke is appointed to the board with effect from 1
July 2021 as part of the succession process to take over as
Group CEO.
This appointment will be ratified by shareholder approval at the
next annual general meeting of ARB.
