Appointment of Voluntary Administrators
McGrathNicol Restructuring announces that the Directors of Resource Generation Limited (ResGen) resolved on
2 July 2021 to appoint Jamie Harris, Jason Preston and Anthony Connelly as Voluntary Administrators
(Administrators).
The Administrators are undertaking an urgent assessment of ResGen. Further updates will be provided in due
course.
First statutory meeting of creditors
A first statutory meeting of creditors must be held within eight business days after the administration begins and is
expected to take place on 14 July 2021. A meeting notice setting out the time and location for the first meeting of
creditors will be distributed to ResGen’s creditors over coming days.
