500,000,000 2.00% Bonds due 2022

On 4 June 2021 Hammerson plc (the Company) announced the exercise of the Company's early
redemption option in respect of the EUR 500,000,000 2.00% Bonds due 2022 (ISIN:
XS1081656180) (the Bonds).
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the meanings given to them in the Terms
and Conditions of the Bonds set out in the Ninth Supplemental Trust Deed dated 1 July 2014
(the Terms and Conditions).
The Company confirms the following:
Redemption Price: 102.469% (excluding accrued interest)
The Bonds will be redeemed on 8 July 2021 together with accrued interest
Holders of Bonds which are held by Clearstream, Luxembourg or Euroclear should contact the
relevant corporate actions departments within the Clearing Systems for further information.
