CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Delta shareholders are
advised of the resignation of Ms Nombuso Afolayan as an independent non-executive director from the
board of directors of Delta (the “board”) with effect from 05 July 2021.
Ms Afolayan joined the board in 2016 and also served as a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance
Committee. The board thanks Ms Afolayan for her valued contribution over many years and wishes her well
as she focuses on her career.
The Company has commenced the recruitment process to fill the vacancy on the board as well as the Audit,
Risk and Compliance Committee and will update shareholders in due course on the appointment of a suitable
replacement.
