NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the listing requirements of the JSE Limited, Bidcorp is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mrs Keneilwe Moloko as an independent non-executive director,
effective Monday, July 5th 2021.
Keneilwe started her career as a quantity surveyor and then qualified as a chartered accountant after
nearly a decade in the construction industry. Keneilwe serves as an independent non-executive
director on the boards of Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited and Long4Life Limited.
The Bidcorp board of directors welcomes Keneilwe and looks forward to her valued contribution to
the group.
