CHANGE TO AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE CHAIRMANSHIP
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Stefanutti Stocks shareholders are
advised of the following change to the Stefanutti Stocks Audit and Risk Committee.
As announced on SENS on 27 May 2021, shareholders were advised that Dermot Quinn, independent
non-executive director and chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee (the Committee), will be retiring at
the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 6 August 2021 and will not be seeking re-election. He will
consequently retire as a member and chairman of the Committee.
The board has resolved to appoint Ms Bharti Harie as chairman of the Committee with effect from 6 August
2021.
Bharti has a BA and LLM and has served on the board of directors since April 2018. She has been a
member of the Committee since April 2018. Bharti serves as a director of Ascendis Health Limited, Bell
Equipment Sales South Africa (Pty) Ltd, EOH Holdings Limited and Lenmed Investments Limited. She
previously spent 14 years at the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa as head of Corporate
Funding and International Financial Markets. She also previously served as chairman of the Audit
Committee at Ascendis Health Limited.
The board welcomes Bharti to her new role as chairman of the Committee and looks forward to her
contributions in this regard.
