CLOSING OF DISPOSAL OF KRAGUJEVAC PLAZA AND KRUSEVAC SHOPPING PARK
Reference is made to the previous announcement published on 15 June 2021 in respect of the disposal of the Serbian
retail properties, Kragujevac Plaza and Krusevac Shopping Park to CEE BIG BV.
Shareholders are advised that the disposal was successfully concluded on 12 July 2021 in accordance with the terms of
the agreement and the final cash proceeds amounting to €60.4 million were settled.
