DISPENSATION RECEIVED ON 60 DAY RULE TO DISPATCH CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 18 May 2021 regarding the agreements Fairvest
concluded to acquire B ordinary shares in Arrowhead Properties Limited (“Arrowhead”) in exchange for
Fairvest shares (the “transaction”).
Shareholders are advised that the Company has received dispensation from paragraph 9.20(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements which requires the Company to dispatch a circular to its shareholders containing a
notice of general meeting to obtain their approval for the transaction within 60 days. Fairvest expects that the
JSE circular approval process will conclude on or about 31 July 2021 and the circular will be posted by no
later than 10 August 2021.
