In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Huge wishes to
advise that the services of Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking as Sponsor to
the Company have been terminated by mutual consent with effect from 15 August 2021.
Further to the above, Huge has appointed Questco Corporate Advisory Proprietary
Limited as Sponsor to the Company with effect from 16 August 2021.
