CHANGES TO A DIRECTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Marius Bosman, who is currently a member of the Audit and Risk Committee (“the
Committee”) of Cashbuild, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Committee with
immediate effect.
