NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 3.83(b) OF
THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS AND SECTION 122(3)(b) OF THE COMPANIES ACT
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and section 122(3)(b) of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), shareholders are advised of the following:
Kefolile Health Investments Proprietary Limited has formally notified the Company that, in terms of section 122(1)(a) of
the Act, it has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of Ascendis Health, such that its total interest in
Ascendis Health is 11.71%.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
