REDEMPTION OF ASN353 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT
In terms of paragraphs 26(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 9 July 2021 was
greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption and
termination.
Accordingly the ASN353 note has been suspended from trading today, Thursday, 22 July 2021. ASN353 will redeem
and automatically terminate with effect from 27 July 2021.
