The Company hereby advises that the rating agency Global Credit Rating Company (“GCR”) has
upgraded the credit rating of the Company’s holding company and guarantor, PSG Konsult
Limited (“Guarantor”), in its report issued on 27 July 2021.
The Guarantor’s national scale long-term issuer rating was upgraded to A+ (ZA) , while the short-
term issuer rating has been affirmed at A1 (ZA) , with a Stable outlook.
