FURTHER EXTENSION OF INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements published by the Company on
15 April 2021 and 24 May 2021, respectively.
Hulisani received further dispensation from the JSE Limited for the chief financial officer,
Mr Masibulele Dem, to continue serving as the Company’s interim chief executive officer until
14 October 2021.
Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a permanent chief executive officer in due
course.
