NOTICE OF ACQUISITIONS OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN YORK SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, York shareholders are advised that the Company has
received notifications from:
- Peresec Prime Brokers Proprietary Limited (“Peresec”), advising that it has acquired a
beneficial interest in York securities such that Peresec now holds 9.65% of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company; and
- A2 Investment Partners Proprietary Limited (“A2 Investment”), advising that it has
acquired a beneficial interest in York securities such that A2 Investment now holds 6.56%
of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
