RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of the cautionary
announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 17
June 2021 and are advised that the Stellar Capital Board has
completed the evaluation of the remaining strategic proposals
and is currently engaged in discussions to assess the
feasibility of implementing the preferred strategic option.
The advancement of this preferred proposal may have a material
effect on the price of Stellar Capital’s securities and,
accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in Stellar Capital’s securities until
either a further announcement is published, or this cautionary
announcement is withdrawn.
