CHANGE OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR
In accordance with paragraph 21.35 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Etion wishes
to advise that it has terminated the services of Exchange Sponsors as designated advisor to
the Company with effect from 31 August 2021. Both parties have agreed to end the
relationship on amicable terms.
Accordingly, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has appointed PSG Capital
as its designated advisor with effect from 1 September 2021.
