This announcement is issued for information purposes only relating to the
listing of the participatory units on the JSE.
1. Introduction
Cloud Atlas has the notion of providing investors with exposure to the
opportunity presented by Pan African markets, which at times may be hard to
access. In doing so, Cloud Atlas sought to amended the existing AMI Real
Estate ex-SA ETF into the Cloud Atlas S&P African Sovereign Bond ETF, which
is better and suitable to investors in provision of the Pan African
investment opportunity.
2. Listing approval
Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was
granted by the JSE on 27 July 2021.
3. Summary of the offer
3.1. Issuer
The Cloud Atlas S&P African Sovereign Bond ETF, a portfolio in the Cloud
Atlas Collective Investment Scheme in Securities, registered in terms of
the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, No 45 of 2002.

3.6. Index
The S&P Hard Currency Africa Sovereign Bond Select Index is a Sovereign
Bond market capitalisation weighted index designed to serve as a benchmark
for Hard currency Bond issuances by African Sovereign countries. The index
independently calculated by S&P.
3.7. Distribution or accounting period
Quarterly distribution in a 3 month period ending on the last day of March,
June, September and December in each year of all the income received on the
underlying securities in the index, or such other date as may be determined
by the manager in consultation with the trustee from time to time and as
announced on SENS.
3.8. The ramp up period
It is the period during which the manager established the cash and custody,
wound up the previous portfolio and pursued applications for secondary
markets.
3.9. Listing date
Listed at 09:00 on Wednesday, 28 July 2021. A volume of 5 000 000 shares
were issued and listed at the price of 10 000 cents per share.
