CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Pembury (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Nokuthula Mntungwa has resigned as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 2 August 2021.
The Board thanks Nokuthula for her valuable contribution to the Company during a difficult period and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
