Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on Friday, 23 July 2021 in which
shareholders were advised of the appointment of Mr Michael Brain as Chairman of the Board of
Directors of the Company (“the Board”).
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
hereby announces that Ms Sarah Sonnenberg has been elected the new Lead Independent
Director, effective today, and wishes her well in her new role.
