DEREGISTRATION OF DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 30 July 2021 (and using the terms defined
therein unless otherwise stated) wherein the board of directors of TUHF (“Board”) advised, inter
alia, that the JSE had, with effect from 30 July 2021, granted TUHF the removal of the listing of its
TUHF02 Notes issued in terms of TUHF’s ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme (“Programme Memorandum”), the Board hereby advises that following the Issuer’s
application to the JSE for the deregistration of the Programme Memorandum with effect from
3 August 2021, the Programme Memorandum is no longer registered with the JSE.
