RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Shareholders are hereby informed that Ms. working Vasta Mhlongo, the company secretary
has resigned from the company to pursue other interests. Her last working day as agreed with
the company would be 30 September 2021.
The Board would like to thank Ms. Mhlongo for her services and wishes her well in all future
endeavors.
