Sponsor services provided to TFG by UBS South Africa Proprietary Limited have been terminated, by
mutual agreement, with effect from the close of business on 5 August 2021.
The Company is pleased to advise shareholders that Rand Merchant Bank (A division of FirstRand Bank
Limited) has been appointed as the Company’s Sponsor, with effect from commencement of business on
Friday, 6 August 2021.
