CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Cognition (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Trevor Bruce Cabot Ahier has
resigned as an independent non-executive director with effect from 5 August 2021.
The Board thanks Trevor for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
