RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with the Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Group
wishes to advise shareholders that, with effect from 10 August 2021, Ms. Ilze Roux has resigned as company
secretary and Ms. Nonqaba Katamzi has been appointed to the position.
Nonqaba’s career spans almost 30 years as company secretary and legal advisor for a variety of public and
private entities. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Swaziland and is a fellow member of
the Corporate Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
Ilze will continue in her role as Executive: Corporate Affairs.
