EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Bondholders of SANRAL are advised that the Minister of Transport has extended the term of office
of the current SANRAL non-executive directors of the board of SANRAL (“Board”) beyond 31 August
2021 until the appointment of the new non-executive directors to the Board are finalised.
A further announcement will be released once the new Board appointments have been finalised.
