APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Mr Theo Botha has been
appointed to the Board as non-executive director with effect from 20 August 2021.
Apart from serving in previous corporate and board positions, Mr Botha has more
than 20 years of experience managing a diverse range of businesses. His advisory
experience in strategy and financial analysis will be of immense value to Spanjaard
and will further strengthen the Board of Spanjaard.
