Changes to the composition of the Social and Ethics Committee
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”),
shareholders are advised that the following board members have been appointed as members of the Social
and Ethics Committee, with immediate effect:
• Carl Alfred Grillenberger - Non-executive Chairman;
• Frans Andre van Hoogstraten – Lead Independent, Non-executive director;
• Sinenhlanhla Gloria Chonco – Chief Financial Officer;
The new members join the remaining members, Dr Wilfred Tommy Mthembu (Non-executive director and
Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee) and Dorena Goss-Ross (alternate executive director to the
Chief Executive Officer, Gerhard Jacobus van Emmenis), to strengthen the Social and Ethics Committee.
