following change to the board of directors of AEEI ("Board"):
Mr Stephen Nthite has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Board with
effect from 26 August 2021. Mr Nthite is a qualified attorney and a driven business leader with over
20 years’ working experience within the legal practice, public sector and corporate environments. He
is currently the CEO of Kopano Ke Matla Investment Company Proprietary Limited.
